What is it about French women that makes them so naturally elegant? I'm jealous of it. Below are three of my favourite French style icons (Audrey Tautou not included - that would be too predictable). In order, with five photos each, they are Françoise Hardy (the woman I would like to go back in time and be), Juliette Gréco (the woman my favourite short story ever is written about), and Clémence Poésy (the girl who, for me, epitomises French style).
